- 2 photos of the damaged area (from top and bottom side).
- Optionally, a photo of the rug before the damage happened could be beneficial to accuracy of restoration, but it is not required, as our experts are familiar with most of the patterns
- Knot density in KPSI (Knots Per Square Inch) or RAJ ( You can convert RAJ into KPSI by using the following formula
KPSI = [(RAJ/7)*2.54]^2 - Rug material type (wool, silk, cotton, etc.)
- The dimensions of the damaged rug
- The dimensions of the damaged area
- Contact information for shipping (name, address, contact number)
